Reserve the property by making a small deposit via PayPal, Zelle, or Credit Card.
2. Sign Agreement
We prepare a land purchase agreement for your review. You sign and return to us.
We sign and notarize a Warranty Deed granting you ownership of the property.
3. Payment and Closing
When we receive your full cash payment via a Wire, we record the deed immediately with the County. We send you a copy as soon as the County finishes recording the deed. You now own the land!

5. Transfer the Deed

6. Close on Property
The County will record the transfer and we will send you a copy of the deed. You now own the land!
